Delivery Charges
DELIVERY CHARGES TO UK MAINLAND & BFPO ADDRESSES
Mainland UK is defined as addresses in England, Scotland & Wales except the Highlands & Islands, but also includes certain UK mainland postcodes (see list below) Delivery to BFPO addresses will cost the same as to UK Mainland.
Regular Delivery is ONLY £2.95 for all order values below £30.00 FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30
Express ‘Next Day’ Delivery can be specified at the checkout stage, and costs an additional £6.00, which will be added to any regular delivery charges. Express delivery to mainland addresses excluding Highlands and Islands will arrive the next working day providing the order is placed by 2pm. Orders over £30 will cost just £6.00 for next day delivery.
Delivery to UK Highlands & Islands including Northern Ireland: Highlands & Islands are defined as those address with the postcodes: BT, IM, GY1-9, JE, IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, PA20-88, PO30-41, TR21-25, Delivery of very light items is the same as UK mainland. There may be an extra charge for heavier items, however we will inform you of the any extra charge after we have received your order, and only after you have approved the charge, will your order will be processed as usual.
Delivery Information: We use only established and reputable couriers that will require a signature on delivery. If you are rarely at home during the day, it is often preferable to have the goods delivered to your place of work. If you require this please enter your work address at the checkout stage. Regular delivery to UK mainland usually takes from one to three days. Delivery times to non UK Mainland locations can vary.
DELIVERY CHARGES TO EU & EFTA COUNTRIES
ONLY £17.50 FOR UP TO 31 KGS
Delivery Time: Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. Normal delivery schedules prevail on most orders however seasonal variations could affect the routine delivery service. For security reasons international deliveries can only be made to the Card Holder’s address or to a BFPO address.
